The KIDNEY CONNECT Peer Support Program is a volunteer support service that provides
an opportunity to speak with someone who truly understands what it is like to live with kidney disease. Peer Support Volunteers are all people living with the disease themselves or they have been affected by it in some way. Our trained volunteers freely extend their time to help others learn about, and cope with these practical lifestyle and emotional realities, through sharing their experiences.
