Here are the instructions that you will need to use this list server effectively:

• When you post something on CANSW, please include your e-mail address so people can respond directly and only
  to you when it's appropriate.
   
• If you want to respond to a message on CANSW and you want your message to go to everyone on the list, simply hit reply.
   
• If you want to respond only to the person who posted the original message, click on the e-mail address that person has provided.
   
• The subject of each posting will state "From The CANSW List Server" to let the person receiving the email know
  that it is a list server item and not Spam or unwanted email.

We need kudos, a thank you and notes of encouragement in this profession.
Please continue to do this but respond directly to the person and not to the entire list server, unless circumstances are such that you wish to salute a member.
